I find this peculiar problem in our Miller TP 41S 2 col. machine. When we print full solid on both units, In first unit gripper margin is 10 mm on left side and 13 at right side while in second unit it is 13 mm at left side and 10mm on the right side.
Is there a possibility that cylinder nips can be not parallel?
Due to this I find it difficult to get register.
Please help..

For Stationary printing you will need to purchase a mini offset machine costing around Rs. 3,00,000/- (3 lacs only) plus computer and few accessories. I assume that the jobs will mostly be in one or two colors and around 1000 qty each. If the job is in color and of small quantity you can go for a digital machine which will cost you around the same thing. You have to know what you are going to print and in what numbers.
